Kitchen Faucets: questions before you buy
Yes, and most people do. Everything you need is in the box: supply hoses, mounting hardware, and clear instructions. Our kitchen faucets install through a single hole with standard 3/8 inch fittings, so there are no special tools and no extra trips to the hardware store. Most installs take about an hour. Just check you have shutoff valves under the sink before you start.
They run on batteries, not household power, so an outage changes nothing. The battery box and touch sensor both come in the box and mount under the sink. If the battery ever dies, the handle still works like any normal faucet, with full control of temperature and flow.
Every kitchen faucet in this collection runs at 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI, the standard for a modern US kitchen faucet. The aerated stream feels strong at the sink and still fills a stockpot quickly.
The faucet body, hot and cold supply hoses, the full mounting hardware kit, and an installation manual. Pull-down models include the spray hose and the docking weight or spring. Touch models add the sensor and the battery box. A drain assembly is not included, and neither is a deck plate, so if your sink has three holes and you want a single-hole faucet, order a deck plate separately before installation day.
It comes down to three things: spout type, activation, and finish. Our kitchen faucet buying guide walks through each one in order, and if you are stuck on a single decision, we compare touch vs touchless and pull down vs pull out in detail.
