What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.
To start a return, sign in to your account with the email you used for your order. We'll send you a one-time code, so no password is needed. Open your order and select Return items. Need help, or is your order outside the return window? Contact us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The return is due to our error
- You are exchanging for a different item
Return Shipping
Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving the label.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

Every Signature Faucets product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty — five years of coverage on manufacturing defects in parts, from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser in a residential installation. Finishes and electronic components (such as touch sensors and battery boxes) are covered for two (2) years.
If a covered part proves defective under normal use, we will provide the replacement parts needed to put your faucet back in perfect working condition, free of charge.

Replacement parts
Under warranty, a defective part is replaced free of charge. Just submit a warranty claim. Need a part after your warranty ends, or for another reason? Contact us with your order number, the faucet model and finish, and a photo of the part, and we'll let you know the price and ship it to you.

No. The faucet does not include a filter and does not treat the water itself. It connects to an under sink filter or reverse osmosis system that you choose and buy separately, and the filtered water runs through its own waterway, so it never mixes with the hot and cold supply. The box does include the filtered water hose and the fitting that connects it.

The filtered line uses a 1/4 inch quick-connect fitting, and both the fitting and the filtered water hose are in the box. The tubing from your filter system needs to fit that connector, so look up its outlet tubing size in your system's manual before you order. The hot and cold connections are separate: 3/8 inch compression, with 27.56 inch supply lines.
One lever mixes hot and cold water for everyday washing. The other lever opens the filtered water line, which runs on its own waterway and never mixes with the hot and cold supply. Both handles sit on the same single-hole base, so there is nothing extra on the counter.
No. It delivers a steady stream from a high-arc gooseneck spout that swivels a full 360 degrees, with no pull-down hose or spray setting. If a pull-down sprayer matters most to you, choose one of our pull down kitchen faucets and add a separate filter faucet beside it.
