Customer video review of Kissinger Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Single Handle

My second purchase of this faucet! Love that the profile is minimal, the water flow is fantastic, and the installation is easy because everything you need (other than perhaps a wrench) comes in the box. Beautiful faucet at a great price and shipped quickly!

Customer video review of Kissinger Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Single Handle

Great faucet! It fit well in a tight space (thanks to the builder who put the mirrored cabinets too low!), and it was easy to install. The water flow is exceptional, and the faucet is beautiful! I purchased one first to be sure we liked it and that we could install it ourselves (no problem!), and then I purchased a second one for another bathroom that also had too-low mirrored cabinets. So happy to have found these faucets. They are EXACTLY what we needed and wanted!

Kissinger Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Single Handle

I carefully searched for a new faucet to replace a failed one and it needed to match the soap dispenser, instant hot handle and garbage disposal button. I also wanted the touch feature. This faucet was perfect and I give it a 10 out of 10.

Arcus Touch Kitchen Faucet with Pull-Down Sprayer

Customer photo review of Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet with Gooseneck Pull-Down Sprayer

Looking beautiful and working amazingly, I absolutely love this Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black and Brushed Gold. Seems like a good quality and the spray works great. My only complaint is that I wish it came in as a set with the faucet including Dishwasher Air Gap Cover and Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, in the same box. You can see on my photo it doesn’t look nice at the moment because I still have our old air gap cover and soap dispenser that do not match our new faucet. I wanted to purchase separately a soap dispenser to match but Signature Faucets didn’t have it in stock:( And as for the air gap cover, they don’t even sell those. I’ll have to look now for the perfect match. My previous faucet Kohler came in a box with the whole set and it looked perfect from the first day. If this is something that Signature Faucets in the future would consider to include, it would help a lot. Thank you so much❤️

Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet with Gooseneck Pull-Down Sprayer

Store owner replied: Thank you, Jasmina — the two-tone Imperium looks wonderful in your kitchen, and we're glad the touch control and spray are treating you well. Your matching-set idea is a genuinely good one, and it's with our product team now. Thank you for taking the time to share it.

Beautiful to look at. Has 3 separate sensors to turn water flow on and off. It takes a bit to get use to because the water will turn off when you hold the sprayer the wrong way--so be aware. Otherwise a wonderful new addition to our kitchen. Great water pressure flow and easy to install.

Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet with Gooseneck Pull-Down Sprayer

Store owner replied: Thank you Hilary, and thanks for calling out the sprayer, that detail helps the next person deciding. Two things worth knowing. The spray head and the handle are isolated from the touch sensor. The sensing sits in the faucet body, so when the flow stops mid-spray it is usually a hand or forearm grazing the body rather than the head itself. There is also a one minute calibration the first time the battery box is connected, where the faucet reads its surroundings and should be left alone. If that got interrupted during install the sensitivity can sit a little off, and disconnecting the battery box, reconnecting it and leaving the faucet untouched for a minute will reset it. Really glad it went in easily and the pressure is where you want it. If anything ever comes up, please contact us. The Signature Faucets team

The flow rate on the pot filler is game changing! And the pressure on the sprayer is fabulous! I like the fit and finish of this Klempner faucet and would definitely recommend it. Love that I can turn the pot filler on and off separately from the sprayer.

I thought the touch is separate with the manual handle. But you need to manually open the faucet to have the touch working. We have to get used to it.

Arcus Touch Kitchen Faucet with Pull-Down Sprayer

Store owner replied: Thank you for the honest feedback, Ed! What you noticed is actually by design: the handle sets your preferred flow and temperature, and once it's open, the touch feature takes over as your everyday on/off. Most Arcus owners find their sweet spot with the handle once and rarely move it again — from there it's just tap to start, tap to stop. If you'd like any tips on getting the most out of your faucet, our support team is always happy to help. Enjoy your Arcus!

Customer photo review of Besas Touch Control Dual Function Pull Down Spout Kitchen Faucet

The faucet broke after 5 months of use, the threads that connect the bottom of the faucet to the swivel head wore off. I left a poor review on this item and the company representative reached out to make it right. While I cannot recommend this particular product due to our poor experience with it, the representative was excellent and ensured that we were appropriately taken care of. She also mentioned that their new design is much sturdier so hopefully the company fixed the threading flaws. I am giving it 3 starts. 1 star for the product but 5 starts for the customer service.

I had concerns about the esthetics of this faucet but it is beautifully proportioned and made. The waterflow from the spout is also beautiful and fanciful, a very nice feature for my petite ne bathroom.
