I carefully searched for a new faucet to replace a failed one and it needed to match the soap dispenser, instant hot handle and garbage disposal button. I also wanted the touch feature. This faucet was perfect and I give it a 10 out of 10.

Looking beautiful and working amazingly, I absolutely love this Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black and Brushed Gold. Seems like a good quality and the spray works great. My only complaint is that I wish it came in as a set with the faucet including Dishwasher Air Gap Cover and Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, in the same box. You can see on my photo it doesn’t look nice at the moment because I still have our old air gap cover and soap dispenser that do not match our new faucet. I wanted to purchase separately a soap dispenser to match but Signature Faucets didn’t have it in stock:( And as for the air gap cover, they don’t even sell those. I’ll have to look now for the perfect match. My previous faucet Kohler came in a box with the whole set and it looked perfect from the first day. If this is something that Signature Faucets in the future would consider to include, it would help a lot. Thank you so much❤️

Beautiful to look at. Has 3 separate sensors to turn water flow on and off. It takes a bit to get use to because the water will turn off when you hold the sprayer the wrong way--so be aware. Otherwise a wonderful new addition to our kitchen. Great water pressure flow and easy to install.

Store owner replied: Thank you Hilary, and thanks for calling out the sprayer, that detail helps the next person deciding. Two things worth knowing. The spray head and the handle are isolated from the touch sensor. The sensing sits in the faucet body, so when the flow stops mid-spray it is usually a hand or forearm grazing the body rather than the head itself. There is also a one minute calibration the first time the battery box is connected, where the faucet reads its surroundings and should be left alone. If that got interrupted during install the sensitivity can sit a little off, and disconnecting the battery box, reconnecting it and leaving the faucet untouched for a minute will reset it. Really glad it went in easily and the pressure is where you want it. If anything ever comes up, please contact us. The Signature Faucets team

The flow rate on the pot filler is game changing! And the pressure on the sprayer is fabulous! I like the fit and finish of this Klempner faucet and would definitely recommend it. Love that I can turn the pot filler on and off separately from the sprayer.

The faucet broke after 5 months of use, the threads that connect the bottom of the faucet to the swivel head wore off. I left a poor review on this item and the company representative reached out to make it right. While I cannot recommend this particular product due to our poor experience with it, the representative was excellent and ensured that we were appropriately taken care of. She also mentioned that their new design is much sturdier so hopefully the company fixed the threading flaws. I am giving it 3 starts. 1 star for the product but 5 starts for the customer service.

The Faucet arrived promptly, Pure Quality in the way it looks & feels. I did not find any other company that offered a faucet like this one, I loved this faucet from the moment I seen it. We are still in the middle of the kitchen remodeling process & it is not yet installed, therefore I hope there will be no issues with the way it works & Again, due to the Quality in its look & feel, I do mot foresee any problem & believe that it will be all that I expect it to be. I also hope that the choice I made, of Matte Black looks as good as I think it will. I truly can't wait to see the kitchen all together!

Klempner Professional Pull Down Spray Dual Handle Swivel Spout Kitchen Faucet

It looks beautiful. Installation was easy. I love that you can adjust the amount of water that comes out, and therefore the pressure on the sprayer. You can also have both spickets running at the same time. It is tall so make sure you have the proper amount of space. Also, make sure you purchase the escutcheon plate, if needed.

Overall we like the style and function. But a DESIGN FLAW ... service line connections coming out of the faucet should be at least 6 inches long so that the can be tightened, if need be, without de-installing the faucet.
