What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The return is due to our error
- You are exchanging for a different item
Return Shipping
Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

Every Signature Faucets product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty — five years of coverage on manufacturing defects in parts, from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser in a residential installation. Finishes and electronic components (such as touch sensors and battery boxes) are covered for two (2) years.
If a covered part proves defective under normal use, we will provide the replacement parts needed to put your faucet back in perfect working condition, free of charge.

Yes. The tall spring spout is your main pull-down sprayer, and the separate swiveling arm is a pot filler for filling large pots right at the sink. Two outlets, each with its own lever, so it's really two faucets in one, from a single deck hole.
The main lever is the master control, it sets the temperature and overall volume for the faucet. From there, the pull-down head sprays when you squeeze its trigger, and the pot filler has its own small rotary lever to dial its flow up or down, running at whatever temperature the main lever is set to.
It stands 25 7/8" tall, true commercial height. Measure from your countertop to the bottom of your upper cabinets before ordering so the spring spout has room to clear.
The pull-down head is a squeeze-trigger sprayer: squeeze for a strong spray, release to stop. It also has a lock lever that holds the spray on, so you can keep it running hands-free without squeezing, handy for filling pots or rinsing. The coiled spring flexes to bring the head anywhere over the sink and draws it back to rest on its own.
The body and the spray head are stainless steel, and it's lead-free.
No. Everything runs off the single deck hole and shares the same hot and cold supply, so it installs like any single-hole faucet, no extra water line for the pot filler.
It's rated 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI, standard household pressure. Very low pressure (common on some well systems) reduces flow on any faucet, so check your home's pressure if flow seems weak.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth, no harsh chemicals or abrasives. For hard-water buildup on the nozzle, soak the spray head in a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix, then rinse.
