Warranty Policy
Signature Faucets products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. This Limited Warranty describes exactly what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim. This is Signature Faucets' exclusive written warranty; the remedies described below are your exclusive remedies.
Coverage and Duration
Signature Faucets warrants its products to the original consumer purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for the following periods from the date of original purchase, unless stated otherwise on the specific product page:
- Non-electronic components — 5-Year Limited Warranty: including spray heads, cartridges, handles, pull-down hoses, washers, and supply lines.
- Finishes — 2-Year Limited Warranty: covering finish defects such as peeling, blistering, or corrosion under normal residential use and proper care in accordance with our care and cleaning instructions.
- Electronic components — 2-Year Limited Warranty: including touch/motion sensors and battery boxes. Batteries are not covered.
- Purchases made prior to September 9, 2024: covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from signaturefaucets.com or an authorized Signature Faucets seller, installed in a residential application in the United States.
What We Will Do
If a covered component proves defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Signature Faucets will provide, free of charge, the replacement parts necessary to restore the faucet to good working condition. If we determine that repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

- Damage to the product or to any property (including water damage) resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, product modification, or use of the product for an unintended application.
- Damage caused by cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents, or by failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.
- Damage caused by water conditions, sediment, freezing water, or use with incompatible plumbing.
- Outdoor installations — our products are designed and tested for indoor residential use; products installed outdoors are not covered.
- Commercial, industrial, institutional, rental, or other non-residential installations.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Labor charges or other costs of removal, installation, repair, or replacement — the warranty covers replacement parts only.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
