We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived if:
Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving the label.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.
Our return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

Yes. The tall spring spout is your main pull-down sprayer, and the separate swiveling arm is a pot filler for filling large pots right at the sink. Two outlets, each with its own lever, so it's really two faucets in one, from a single deck hole.
No. Everything runs off the single deck hole and shares the same hot and cold supply, so it installs like any single-hole faucet, no extra water line for the pot filler.
Yes. Both outlets and both levers sit on one body that mounts through a single hole. The main lever is on the base and the smaller lever is on the pot filler arm, so each outlet has its own control.
It stands about 19.7 inches tall overall. Measure from your countertop to the underside of the cabinet or window sill above the sink, and leave a little extra room to lift the spray head off its holder.
Yes, the body is solid brass and lead-free, with a ceramic disc valve inside. The spray head is a durable composite (ABS), which keeps it light and easy to handle.
Squeeze the trigger on the spray head to spray, and release it to stop.
The spring coil pulls it back on its own, so it always returns to position and never droops.
The spring coil flexes so you can pull the head down and move it around the sink, and the spout swivels a full 360°. It's designed to work at the sink rather than stretch across the counter.
Yes. It's a single-hole deck-mount faucet, and the box includes the mounting hardware and supply lines. It fits countertops up to 1 1/2" thick.
It's rated 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI, standard household pressure. Very low pressure (some well systems) reduces flow on any faucet, so check your home's pressure if flow seems weak.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals. For hard-water spots on the nozzle, soak the spray head in a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix and rinse.
Yes. If a covered part fails within its warranty period, we send the replacement free of charge. Submit a claim with your order number, the model and finish, and a photo or video of the problem, and we will get the part out to you. The warranty covers the part itself, not plumber or labor costs. Need a part after your warranty ends? Contact us with your order number, the model and finish, and a photo of the part, and we'll let you know the price and ship it to you.
