What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.
To start a return, sign in to your account with the email you used for your order. We'll send you a one-time code, so no password is needed. Open your order and select Return items. Need help, or is your order outside the return window? Contact us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving the label.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

Every Signature Faucets product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty — five years of coverage on manufacturing defects in parts, from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser in a residential installation. Finishes and electronic components (such as touch sensors and battery boxes) are covered for two (2) years.
If a covered part proves defective under normal use, we will provide the replacement parts needed to put your faucet back in perfect working condition, free of charge.

Yes, if your sink or countertop has one faucet hole. The faucet mounts on the deck through a single opening, and the mounting hardware in the box secures it from below. A sink drilled with three holes also works: the faucet goes through the center hole and a deck plate covers the outer two, but the plate is not included, so order one in a matching finish. No. The box holds the faucet body with the spout and handle assembly, the hot and cold supply lines, the mounting hardware kit, and the installation manual. Any standard bathroom sink drain or pop-up stopper fits, and we do not sell drains, so pick one in a finish that matches the faucet. A deck plate is only needed if your sink has three holes, and it is sold separately as well.
The faucet stands 6.18 inches tall, the spout sits 5.45 inches above the counter, and it reaches 6.4 inches from the center of the mounting hole. That suits a drop-in or undermount sink, including a small vanity. Measure from the counter to the rim of your basin: a rim 5 inches or higher, as on a vessel sink, calls for a taller faucet. Then measure from the faucet hole to the center of the drain; a 6.4 inch reach lands the water near the drain on most vanity sinks. Yes to both. The body is solid brass, the faucet is lead-free, and a ceramic disc valve inside it controls flow and temperature from the single handle. That holds for every finish; the finish changes the look, not what is underneath.
Yes. The hot and cold supply lines, the mounting hardware kit, and the installation manual are in the box, and the faucet connects to your shutoff valves with standard 3/8 inch compression fittings, so there are no special parts to hunt down. It mounts through a single hole from above and tightens from below, where a basin wrench helps you reach the mounting nut. Turn off the shutoff valves under the sink before you start.
Yes. The single blade handle sets both the flow and the temperature: lift it to start the water and turn it to move between hot and cold, and a ceramic disc valve does the mixing inside the body. The faucet comes with both a hot and a cold supply line, so it connects to a standard two valve setup under the sink.
It's rated 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI, standard household pressure. Very low pressure (some well systems) reduces flow on any faucet, so check your home's pressure if flow seems weak.
Yes. If a covered part fails within its warranty period, we send the replacement free of charge. Submit a claim with your order number, the model and finish, and a photo or video of the problem, and we will get the part out to you. The warranty covers the part itself, not plumber or labor costs. It’s exactly what we wanted for the sink shape and modern look we were seeking. It’s slick, and it’s easy to operate. Unfortunately, it was slightly scratched and scuffed when the medicine cabinet was installed, and is visible in certain lights.

I am remodeling and have not installed the faucets yet. We purchased three. Nevertheless, my first impression is four stars. I like the finished matte black look and how it feel in my hand.
