Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a direct tracking link — your tracking number is pre-filled, so you just click and see your delivery status instantly.

What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.
To start a return, sign in to your account with the email you used for your order. We'll send you a one-time code, so no password is needed. Open your order and select Return items. Need help, or is your order outside the return window? Contact us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

Every Signature Faucets product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty — five years of coverage on manufacturing defects in parts, from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser in a residential installation. Finishes and electronic components (such as touch sensors and battery boxes) are covered for two (2) years.
If a covered part proves defective under normal use, we will provide the replacement parts needed to put your faucet back in perfect working condition, free of charge.
To make a claim, use our warranty claim form.
Under warranty, a defective part is replaced free of charge. Just submit a warranty claim. Need a part after your warranty ends, or for another reason? Contact us with your order number, the faucet model and finish, and a photo of the part, and we'll let you know the price and ship it to you.

I am remodeling and have not installed the faucets yet. We purchased three. Nevertheless, my first impression is four stars. I like the finished matte black look and how it feel in my hand. I have to say as A Canadian and buying from a US company I have never heard of I was very skeptical. After reviewing the website of other well know companies I took a chance.
