What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we'll investigate right away.
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The return is due to our error
- You are exchanging for a different item
Return Shipping
Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

Signature Faucets products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Signature Faucets warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential usage for as long as the original consumer owns their home. If the faucet would leak or drip during normal usage, Signature Faucets, will, free of charge, provide the parts necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
All faucets sold by Signature Faucets are covered by a limited warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase to the original consumer who owns the property, unless stated otherwise on each faucet model’s individual product page. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and proper handling.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take 3-14 days for delivery after shipment. You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email for easy tracking.
We operating with multiple fulfillment centers. We have warehouses in the US, UK, AU, and CN. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot promise an order will ship from a certain warehouse, as our team works as hard as possible to get orders out as quickly as they can, and stock may be limited in select warehouses. In this case, orders will ship from the warehouse that has sufficient stock.
We use all major carriers, such as UPS/DHL/FedEx. We automatically pick the fastest delivery method during checkout.

The majority of faucets are constructed from durable, lead-free stainless steel in order to resist rust. Alternatively, some faucets are manufactured using rust-resistant brass. For further details, it is recommended to review the "Specifications" section of the respective product.
