What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.
Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee is waived if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The return is due to our error
  • You are exchanging for a different item

Return Shipping

Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back.

If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using our damaged item form — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

5-Year Warranty

Every Signature Faucets product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty — five years of coverage on manufacturing defects in parts, from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser in a residential installation. Finishes and electronic components (such as touch sensors and battery boxes) are covered for two (2) years.

If a covered part proves defective under normal use, we will provide the replacement parts needed to put your faucet back in perfect working condition, free of charge.

This faucet is amazing! I installed it in less than 30 minutes. The water pressure is amazing. I did not know how I would really like the dual faucet set up but it is honestly amazing. It reduces water waste while cleaning and while at first I hesitated at the black sprayer, it provides necessary heat insulation. While not as tall as my previous faucet, the functionality outweighs the differences with my previous faucet.

I read so many reviews on this faucet. I wanted something powerful to go with my 36" work station sink -- I almost purchased an ugly commercial pre rinse because I loathe doing dishes. I needed something 1. Powerful to get things done fast 2. Pretty to look at 3. Not a bazillion dollars. I could not be happier with my purchase!! This faucet was super affordable, beautiful and I barely have to scrub anything!! I love that the water can stay in the on position but the sprayer is off until you squeeze the handle like a commercial restaurant style pre rinse! I also feel like I'm actually conserving water because I'm not letting it just run while scrubbing dishes. I was surprised when it shipped from China, but it arrived really fast. I did all the research for you - buy THIS faucet!

I had not heard of Signature Faucets prior to my purchase. Reviews were great and specifications looked solid so I decided to try it. I am thrilled with the purchase. This is a heavy brass product-not your typical big box store “all show and no go variety.” Quality of finish is excellent. We are on a well so water pressure is just “ok” but the sprayer and faucet create a really strong stream which is a big plus for us. You will see this in the video. Last but not least this was the easiest faucet I have ever installed. It took longer to get the old one out than it did to install the Signature Faucett. Video instructions are well done. Great product and well priced. Highly recommend.

Faucet looks beautiful, very nice quality. We selected it because it was a bit shorter than most we had seen. Unfortunately because it is shorter the spray head does not quite reach all of the corners of the sink. Hopefully with use the spring will relax and allow more movement. Still love the look and quality!
