Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return policy — you have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opening the box to inspect your faucet is completely fine — "unused" means the faucet has not been installed or connected to water.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
We sent the wrong item
The return is due to our error
You are exchanging for a different item
Return Shipping
Each order includes one prepaid return shipping label, provided after your return is approved. Use the label we send you to ship your item back.
If you need to make more than one return from the same order, the first return is covered. Any additional returns from the same order require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a report using ourdamaged item form— we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the faucet still work when the batteries die?
Yes. It always works as a normal single-handle faucet, so if the four AA batteries run out you just lift the lever and use it by hand. Pop in fresh batteries and touch is back, nothing else changes. A set typically lasts over a year.
Does it need to be plugged in or wired by an electrician?
No. It runs on four AA batteries in a small box under the sink, so there's no outlet, transformer, or electrician needed. It hooks up to the same water lines as a standard faucet, plus one simple low-voltage plug for the sensor.
Can I use it as a normal faucet without the touch feature?
Yes, in two ways. If you'd rather not use touch at all, the box includes a quick connect fitting that replaces the sensor, and the faucet then works like any standard manual faucet, with the handle turning the water on and off directly. With the sensor connected, the handle sets your water temperature and flow, and a tap on the faucet body or spout starts the water. A second tap stops it.
Can it turn on by accident?
It senses the difference between a deliberate tap and a hand simply resting on or grabbing the spout, so brushing against it or holding it to aim the sprayer won't start the water. And if it's ever left running, it shuts off on its own after three minutes.
Does touch work with wet, greasy, or soapy hands?
Yes, that's the whole point. A light tap anywhere on the spout or body starts and stops the water, even when your hands are full, wet, or messy from cooking. It even works with cleaning gloves on.
Does it keep my hot and cold temperature setting?
Yes. You set temperature and flow with the lever, and a tap just starts the water right where the handle is set. Your temperature stays put until you move the handle again.
Is it real stainless steel, and is it lead-free?
Both the body and the pull-down spray head are solid stainless steel, not plastic. It's certified lead-free to NSF/ANSI 372 and safe for drinking water under NSF/ANSI 61 (also cUPC listed), so there's nothing to worry about on lead.
How do I clean it, and does hard water affect it?
Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and skip abrasive pads or harsh chemicals. The spray nozzles are made so mineral buildup rubs away with a fingertip, so hard-water spots on the sprayer clean up in seconds.
How hard is it to install myself?
It's a single-hole faucet with pre-attached supply lines and all the mounting hardware in the box, so a confident DIYer can fit it like any standard faucet. The sensor and battery box connect with a simple low-voltage plug, no electrician needed. Fits countertops up to 1 1/2 inches thick.
What does the warranty cover?
A 5-year warranty on parts and a 2-year warranty on the electronic touch components. Batteries are a consumable and aren't covered. Full details and claims are on our warranty page.

Looking beautiful and working amazingly, I absolutely love this Imperium Touch Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black and Brushed Gold. Seems like a good quality and the spray works great. My only complaint is that I wish it came in as a set with the faucet including Dishwasher Air Gap Cover and Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, in the same box. You can see on my photo it doesn’t look nice at the moment because I still have our old air gap cover and soap dispenser that do not match our new faucet. I wanted to purchase separately a soap dispenser to match but Signature Faucets didn’t have it in stock:( And as for the air gap cover, they don’t even sell those. I’ll have to look now for the perfect match. My previous faucet Kohler came in a box with the whole set and it looked perfect from the first day. If this is something that Signature Faucets in the future would consider to include, it would help a lot. Thank you so much❤️

Absolutely gorgeous, just the right amount of gold accent. Just wish the hose came down a little more when you want to spray the sink down. Pressure is amazing. It requires batteries as it has a sensor but you can turn that off with a separate fitting. It’s pretty sensitive but I don’t mind it (right now). Easy to wash your dirty hands without having to touch the handle to turn it on but water must be left open at all times for it to flow when it you want to use it. It turns off and doesn’t not leak so I don’t see an issue with it.

Bought the faucet because it's beautiful and the arc was generous so we don't get the messy spray around the sink. But who knew that we would fall in love with the touch feature! It's super helpful when cutting chicken or other instances when you want to avoid direct hand contact. And I don't have to constantly wipe up the puddle that collects by the handle since wet hands are not being used to turn the faucet off. The black does show fingerprints and water more easily but nothing a quick wipe with a towel can't fix. Overall, we really love our new faucet.
