All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 - 72 hours. During peak periods (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Years) please allow up to 6-7 business days for dispatch as we are extremely busy during those times.

- To be eligible for a refund, all physical products must be returned using the original return label. If in any case the return label is not accepted or a new return label will be used, you must inform us of any changes within the return timeline stated.

You could return items locally and easily: Get the return code or the return label, Go to the designated logistics company's service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel.

Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. Items will be processed at a local warehouse.

Note: You can only enjoy one-time local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Signature Faucets warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential usage for as long as the original consumer owns their home. If the faucet would leak or drip during normal usage, Signature Faucets, will, free of charge, provide the parts necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
All faucets sold by Signature Faucets are covered by a limited warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase to the original consumer who owns the property, unless stated otherwise on each faucet model’s individual product page. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and proper handling.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take 3-14 days for delivery after shipment. You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email for easy tracking.
We operating with multiple fulfillment centers. We have warehouses in the US, UK, AU, and CN. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot promise an order will ship from a certain warehouse, as our team works as hard as possible to get orders out as quickly as they can, and stock may be limited in select warehouses. In this case, orders will ship from the warehouse that has sufficient stock.
We use all major carriers, such as UPS/DHL/FedEx. We automatically pick the fastest delivery method during checkout.
