Signature Faucets products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Signature Faucets warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential usage for as long as the original consumer owns their home. If the faucet would leak or drip during normal usage, Signature Faucets, will, free of charge, provide the parts necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

All faucets sold by Signature Faucets are covered by a limited warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase to the original consumer who owns the property, unless otherwise stated on each faucet model’s individual product page. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and proper handling.

This is Signature Faucets Company's exclusive written warranty and the warranty is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

Because Signature Faucets Company is unable to control the quality of Signature Faucets products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Signature Faucets products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

This warranty is extensive that it covers replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However the warranty does not cover damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Signature Faucets will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.

Please note that our products are stringently tested against common use situations, however they are not tested in an outside environment in which products may be exposed to salt, temperature changes, harsh conditions or other weather-related elements that may affect finishes. Products used outside will not be covered by this warranty.

Please note: warranties do not cover normal “wear and tear.”

This warranty applies only to Signature Faucets products installed in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Signature Faucets Company recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair of faucets. We also recommend that you use genuine Signature Faucets replacement parts only.

What You Must Do To Obtain Warranty Service or Replacement Parts

Signature Faucets will require to provide video or photo documentation showing the issue with the item when filing a warranty claim.  Be sure to provide  all pertinent information including a complete description of the problem, the product order number, model name, color, and the date the product was purchased.
